At Drafty Academic Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality academic mentorship and project assistance. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled. By making a payment on drafti.me, you agree to this policy.
All projects follow a two-installment payment model. An advance of 50% of the total agreed amount is collected before work begins. The remaining 50% is collected after the project is ready for delivery and before final files are released to the client.
Clients may request cancellation at any point. The following conditions apply:
Before work has begun
If the advance has been paid but work has not yet started, a full refund of the advance amount will be issued within 5–7 business days.
After work has begun
If work is already in progress, the advance payment is non-refundable as it compensates for the time and resources already invested by our team.
After final delivery
No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been released to the client following full payment.
In rare circumstances, Drafty may cancel a project due to unforeseen technical constraints or resource unavailability. In such cases, a full refund of any amount paid will be issued within 5–7 business days, and the client will be notified immediately via email.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase via Cashfree Payments. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Drafty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been processed, please contact us at support@drafti.me within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances: advance payments after work has commenced, payments for completed and delivered projects, and any convenience or processing fees charged by Cashfree Payments.
