By accessing or using Drafty Academic Solutions ("Drafty", "we", "us") at drafti.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Drafty provides academic mentorship, technical guidance, code debugging, documentation formatting, and project assistance to university students. Our services are intended to support and guide students — not to replace their own learning or effort.
You agree to use Drafty's services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use the work, guidance, or materials provided. Misrepresenting mentored work as entirely your own in academic submissions is your responsibility and not that of Drafty.
All project payments are split into two installments. An advance payment of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before final deliverables are released. All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service in addition to ours.
Upon receipt of full payment, all project deliverables are transferred to the client. Drafty retains the right to use anonymized project structures for internal training and improvement purposes only. No personally identifiable information will be shared.
Drafty is not liable for any academic penalties, grade outcomes, or institutional consequences resulting from the use of our services. We provide guidance and technical assistance — final academic decisions rest with the student and their institution.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
